Born and raised in Breckenridge, CO, Dak Dice is a true Summit County native. Dakhas been an active member of the community his entire life with multi-generationalconnections throughout Breckenridge. Dak offers a unique perspective to his clientswith firsthand experience of the dramatic changes in our community over the pastfew decades.

Dak’s real estate roots run deep as the son of Kirk Dice, who is one of the foundingmembers of Breckenridge Associates with a distinguished real estate career of 42years in Summit County. For the past four years, Dak has partnered with his fatheron over 125 transactions totaling over $107 million in sales.

After graduating high school, Dak took three years off to pursue his passion for icehockey and finished up his career playing four years for the Univesity of Coloradoat Boulder. Dak graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder Summa CumLaude with a degree in mechanical engineering in the top 3% of his class.

Dak joined his father at Breckenridge Associates in January of 2020. As a highlyorganized, hardworking and caring individual, Dak intends to be the secondgeneration in his family with an illustrious decades-long real estate career inBreckenridge. When not in the office, Dak still enjoys the mountain lifestyle activities he grew updoing including camping, mountain biking, hockey, golf, and skiing.
